Kyle: I've always been interested in health and fitness, even from a young age. I was always the kid who was running around and playing sports, and I just never really stopped. After high school, I decided to pursue it as a career and went to college for exercise science. From there, I started working at a few different gyms and eventually opened my own place. Question: What would you say is the most important thing about going to the gym? Kyle: I think the most important thing is that it's a great way to stay healthy and fit. But beyond that, I think it's also a great way to relieve stress and improve your mood.
